- The purpose of this modification is to inform potential offerors that proposals based on technologies in Wireless Line-of-Sight Networking are no longer being sought under this BAA. This was one of the three areas of interest specified in the BAA and is specifically referenced as the second area of interest within the first paragraph of the CBD Notice for this BAA. It is also referenced in Section 2.1.2 of the Proposal Information Package. All other information, including the due date for White Papers and Full Proposals, remains unchanged.
