Description

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) proposes to procure without using full and open competition services for the relocation of farm families in Pavlograd, Ukraine. This effort will be accomplished by modification of contract DTRA01-00-C-0051 currently in progress at this location. The contractor will be required to plan and execute the relocation of all Ukrainian individuals whose residences are within the explosive safety zone of building 508/6 at the Pavlograd Chemical Plant. See Note 22.
