Description

The US Government is seeking to lease 8,710 Rentable Square feet (7,918 ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet) of contiguous office and related space in Milledgeville, GA. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district (Class A) with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Space must be located within an area bounded on the NORTH by Log Cabin Road, on the EAST by North Elbert St to East Montgomery St to North Jefferston St, on the SOUTH by West Montgomery St to South Clark St to West Franklin St/East Franklin St, on the WEST by North Columbia St to Roberson Mill Rd to GA22/North Glynn St and continuing. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of rental consideration. Space must be ready for ocupancy not later than August 1, 2002. Lease term is 10 years with cancellation rights after 5 years on 60 days written notice to the Lessor.
