- Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 2 each Pulse generators, type 3500D, 65 picosecond duration pulse, 8 volt amplitude, 1.5 picosecond jitter, 1MHz rep rate, selectable polarity and attenuators (0-69 dB). All items must be brand name or equal. See note(s) 1. Response date to be determined at the time the RFQ is issued. RFQ will not appear on our web page until the 16th day after this notice appears in the Commerce Business Daily.
