Description

Maintenance with Firmware Upgrades for Enterasys at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, for the period of 01 Aug 2001 through 31 Jul 2002.VENDORS MUST BE AUTHORIZED ENTERASYS RESELLERS FOR THESE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE PROGRAMS. Technical telephone support is to be available on a twenty-four(24)hour per day, seven (7) days per week from ENTERASYS Global Call Center to provide assistance and to answer questions regarding troubleshooting, configurations, or any support related topic as it relates to the use of ENTERASYS equipment. Vendor is to provide software updates for covered products listed and provide telephone assistance for the installation of Upgrades.
