Description

The Draft Statement of Work (DSOW) and appendices posted on the Checkout, Assembly and Payload Processing Services (CAPPS) website are identical the the files posted on May 25, 2001 to the NAIS. Prospective offerors are invited to submit comments no later than June 4, 2001. In particular, comments should advise if any area of the DSOW is unclear, ambiguous, or may restrict competition. The DSOW is structured such that overarching requirements are at the highest level(s) (i.e. 1.0, 2.0) and unique tasks are at lower levels (i.e. 2.1.3.1 through 2.1.3.4). Comments should be submitted via email using the comment form on the CAPPS website at http://www.ksc.nasa.gov/procurement/pgoc/docs/questcomform.doc The email address to submit comments to is SEBLibrary@kcems.nasa.gov
