Description

NAICS Code 484110 Total Small Business, Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed price contract, to relocate approximately 124 employees for the Department of State. This will be an internal move within the Harry S. Truman Building, from the old State Section to the new Employees Service Center located at 2201 C Street, NW, Washington, DC. The period of performance is schedule to begin on or about August/September 2001, and end after notification from General Services Administration, Special Services Division. All work will be completed during and after normal Government working hours. The pre-bid conference, property inspection and walk-through will be conducted on Wednesday, June 20, 2001, at 10:00 a.m., at the main building of the Department of State located at 2201 C Street, N.W., Washington, DC. Prospective bidders interested in attending the walk-through must submit to this office in writing the company's name, and the name and social security number and date of birth of each representative attending (only 1 per firm) by close of business June 18, 2001. Bidders that fails to participate in the walk-through or inspection of the property will not be considered for award. Solicitation will be issued on or about June 13, 2001.
