Description

Channel Maintenance dredging by clamshell and material barge(s) with minimum five cubic yard capacity digging bucket, including proper disposal of all material Columbia River 2001, at Oregon Slough, Wahkiakum Ferry Crossing and Slaughters Bar with optional dredging locations between River Mile 13 and 145 at the direction of the Government. The contractor shall be required to commence site work under this contract within 5 calendar days after the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed to prosecute the work diligently, and complete the work within 60 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The time stated for completion includes final cleanup of the premises. Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. DACW57-01-B-0013 will be issued on CD ROM at no cost and will be available on or about 12 June 2001. Registration via the Internet at http://www.nwp.usace.army.mil is the preferred method. Estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Procurement is open to small businesses only. The size standard for small business concerns, including all affiliates, having average annual receipts or sales for the past three years not in excess of $17 million.
