Description

Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies and coordination necessary to construct a 4800 square foot facility for fixture and tooling storage. Included is a 60 ft x 80 ft metal building system with overhead coiling doors, personnel doors, louvers, floor slab, ramps, and guardrails. The work also includes mechanical systems, electrical systems, site improvement, and site utilities. The Official Copy of the solicitation will not be provided on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) or paper and can only be accessed on the WEB Site: http://pkec.robins.af.mil Notice to Contractors: Contractors may view the solicitation, including drawings & specs, via the computers in the WR-ALC bid-room, building 208, Robins AFB GA. The period of performance for this project is 155 calendar days from the date of NTP. The approximate issue date will be 15 Jun 01 with the approximate response date of 15 Jul 01. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 -- $500,000. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 2333, $27.5 M annual receipts. This is not a Request for Proposals. All prospective bidders/offerors are encouraged to register for each individual solicitation to be added to the electronic source list. The Government is not responsible for notifying potential offerors of changes to the solicitation.
