Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation; Other than full and open competition. Origin inspection required. Delivery requested: 260 DARO; Quantity: 20 each, Line 0001 for 7 each to be delivered to Tracy, CA; Line 0002 for 13 each to be delivered to Norfolk, VA. See Note 26.
