- The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Gerber Scientific Products, 151 Batson Dr., Manchester, CT 06041 to procure an optical lens fabrication system. Gerber-Coburn manufactures the only lathe cutting system with equipment specific software that includes both surface and finishing capabilities. See Note 22 .
