This is to modify the previous pre-solicitation synopsis to include additional requirements/information as follows: The 100% small business set-aside is dissolved. This acquisition will be for Full and Open Competition. Reverse Engineering is required. A mandatory pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held 10 JUL 2001, 7:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M.
