Description

The Defense Supply Center Richmond, VA has a requirement for laboratory analysis on chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) and Halon products in accordance with the following specifications: ARI 700 for all refrigerants, MIL-B-38741 for Halon 1211, and MIL-D-4540B for Halon. Analytical services will be required at the agreed rate per cylinder for a duration of 12 months from the date of contract award or when all units have been analyzed, whichever comes first. There are approximately 500 units to be analyzed. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis and will be issued on June 8, 2001 and will close on June 29, 2001.
