Description

Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a cost plus fixed fee Delivery Order to ITT Industries/Northrop Grumman, a Joint Venture (JV), Clifton, NJ to procure an Engineering Investigation (EI) that will determine repair requirements and the preparation of repair cost estimates for Government of Switzerland (GOS) AN/ALQ-165(V), Weapon Replaceable Assemblies (WRA), and Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRA). This EI will include the required testing, disassembly and visual inspection necessary to identify the repair material and labor required to return the WRAs and SRAs to a serviceable condition. ITT Industries/Northrop Grumman, a Joint Venture (JV), is the designer, developer and sole producer of the AN/ALQ-165(V) ASPJ and the only firm possessing the requisite technical knowledge and expertise, facilities, tooling and special test equipment necessary to produce them in a timely manner.
