Description

Amendment No. 1, to IFB 515-31-01 for VISN 11 Semi-Annual Elevator Inspections Services, has be issued to extend the bid opening date previously set for June 6, 2001 to July 10, 2001 at 2:00 p.m., eastern daylight savings time. Written requests submitted prior to this notice need not be resubmitted. Requests for the solicitation shall be submitted in writing via E-mail to kay.green@med.va.gov, or facsimile at (616)966-5518, Attn: Kay Green. Requests shall include the requestor's name, a complete street address, contact person, telephone, facsimile number, and e-mail address if available. Amendment No. 2. making various clarifications, additions, and revisions will be issued after June 18, 2001. Bids submitted prior to receipt of Amendment No. 2 shall be resubmitted. All other conditions remain the same.
