Description

The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona has a requirement for Aviation Support Services. The successful contractor will be required to support various operations at the USAYPG Laguna Army Airfield (LAAF) to include Ground and Flight Operations, Aviation Maintenance, Airfield Services, Aircraft Servicing and the Installation Respiratory Protection Program. The contract will include a 12-month base period and 7 one-year option periods. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) applicable to this acquisition is 488190 with a size standard of $5.0 million. Selection of the successful contractor will be made using the best value procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.101. The evaluation criteria will be provided in the solicitation package. Oral technical proposals will be required of eligible offerors participating in this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on our web page at http://www.yuma.army.mil/contracting on or about 18 June 2001.
