Description

The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire administrative services in support of the FSC, NAS Meridian, MS under a 100% small business set aside. The applicable NAICS is 561410; the small business size standard is $5 mil. Services include, but are not limited to: serving as a point of contact for the FSC Director by screening incoming visitors and phone calls; accomplishing administrative tasks such as establishing, maintaining and revising files and reports, providing case record management and making appointments; maintaining the Director's calendar and maintaining calendars and schedules for FSC personnel; typing and maintaining personnel files; maintaining orderliness and professional appearance of the administration/waiting room area; and recieving and distributing incoming correspondence. Services are required during normal FSC hours of operation which are Monday through Friday from 0730 to 1630, excluding weekends and Federal Holidays. This procurment is being conducted as a commercial items acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, using Subpart 13.5 Test Program Procedures. A Firm Fixed Price purchase order is anticipated with a base period of performance of one year commencing 01 Oct 01 with four one-year option periods. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will require submission of price and technical offers. Release of the RFQ will be via the internet. Interested parties may download the RFQ upon its issuance from the following website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. If unable to access the website, interested parties may request a copy of the RFQ. Requests for a copy of the RFQ should be mailed to Code 02P52G, telefaxed to 215-697-9738, or sent electronically to synopsis@phil.fisc.navy.mil.
