Description

Notice of intent to make a sole source award to Primavera Corporation, 3 Bala Plaza West, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. This sole source award is to provide professional services to participate in the completion of the US Army Corps of Engineers business processes and the design phase of the system to provide knowledge of Primavera P3e. Services will include participation in the design of the overall architecture and structure for integration with Oracle Projects, integration of P3e to Oracle projects, provide guidance as a subject matter expert on P3e and develop a functional and detailed design specification and create the interface coding based upon the specifications. Only one source is currently known and this agency knows no other services that will satisfy the requirements. The acquisition is under NAISC 54151, average annual sales for 3-year period of $18M.
