Description

Work consist of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof to renovate an office area located in Building 36, Section 1D. Work is to include architectural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection modifications. Interior concrete walls and interior partitions will be removed. New drywall partitions will be installed. A raised access floor and carpeting will be installed. Walls will be painted. Ductwork and diffuser locations will be modified. Existing electrical panels will be modified. New electrical panels and a distribution panel will be installed. Existing electrical circuits will be removed. Several receptacles will be installed. Lighting will be modified. Sprinkler heads will be relocated. A general contractor who has several years' experience in general office renovation shall perform the work. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 90 calendar days. The contractor shall be required to perform a certain amount of work on premium time to eliminate disruption of Government services. The approximate cost of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project is currently Subject to the Availability of Funds.The NAICS code for this project is 233320, size standard $27.5M. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63118-3399. This project is 100 percent set-aside for small business.
