Description
PR NO. YPG01149001184: This solicitation will contain one NSN for subject item. The award will be solicited for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), and will consist of one base year and four option years. A critical application item. Surge is required, clause I88G and I89F pertain. The surge requirements are represented in quantities of 30 increments; Delivery one = 0, two = 0, three = 1, four = 1, five = 1 and six = 1 for base and option years. Contractors are required to submit a surge plan, detailing how they intend to meet both schedule and surge quantity requirements. The Surge Plan will be reviewed and approved prior to the contract being awarded. The solicitation will be issued in an unrestricted basis, under the full and open competition procedures. The NSN 6685-00-557-5910, P/N 152B2, Estimated Annual Quantities (EAQ)= Base Year 580, Option Years 168 each, Delivery: FOB and I&A are Origin for a 120 days ARO. Technical Data Availability: This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a military/federal specifications/standards and or voluntary industry standards. Refer to section L, clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining data. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on the NSN. The source for this item must be certified and Quantity Product List (QPL) approved at the time of contract award. MSDS may be required, clause 52.223-3, 252.223-7001 and 52.223-9000 apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
