Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quotation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-25. This acquisition is unrestricted. The U. S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair & Supply Center (ARSC) intends to purchase OROS ABC/M 5.1 (Activity Based Costing Software and Support) from ABC Technologies, 1111 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Suite 702, Arlington, VA 22202. FAR provision, 52.212-2 applies and evaluation will be based on price and technical capability offering the best value to the government. Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (May 2001). The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (Oct 2000), FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items (May 2001), FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders (May 2001) which includes FAR 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity (E.O. 11246), FAR 52.222-35 Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era (38 U.S.C. 4212), FAR 52.222-36 Affirmative Action for Disabled Workers with Disabilities (29 U.S.C. 793), 52.232-33 and Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration (31 U.S.C. 3332).
