Description

Contractor to provide scarce medical specialist services of a certified technician to perform electroencephalographic studies (EEG's) utilizing contractor provided equipment. Proposed price to include professional component. Services to be provided to and at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702. Contract will be for the period of July 1, 2001 with two pre-priced option years to renew.
