Description

Provide all resorces necessary to perform Fuul Time Dining Facility Services at the Puerto Rico National Guard, 201st Regional Training Institute, Bldg. 148, Fort Allen, Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, uniforms, identification badges, health examination, and nutrition training in performance of the services. Specific task for full food service and dining facility attendant service include, but not limited to menu planning, receiving and storage of subsistence, food preparation, food serving, self service, cashier, administration, dining room service, floor cleaning, dishwashing, pot and pan cleaning, equipment cleaning and sanitizing. The contract period will be a base year with two one-year options are required by Solicitation No. DAHA70-01-R-0005. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a firm-fixed prive requirements, with price adjustment requirements type contract. This procurement is solicited by a Request for Proposal, commercial item process, FAR Part 12 and Part 15. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this acquisition is 5812, with size standard of $5.0M. The proposed contract is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business Concerns. All interested paries are encouraged to request copy of the solicitation. Only written request are accepted. Mail request to USPFO for Puerto Rico, Attn: Contracting Div, P.O. Box 34069, Fort Buchana, P.R. 00934-4069 and accompanied by a certified check or money order for the amount of $30.00 payable to DFAS-In, DCD. Evaluation of the proposal shall be based of price and trade off process with past performance and technical capabilities. Solicitation is available on or about 3 July 2001. Site Visit will be conducted the 24 July 2001 at 9:30 A.M. at Bldg. 148, Fort Allen, Juana Diaz, P.R. and Site Visit is mandatory.
