Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center Carswell intends to make a single award to a responsible contractor for the pick-up and disposal of biological waste. The contract performance period shall include a base period not to exceed one (1) year and four (4) subsequent option years. October 1, 2001 is the anticipated award date. Solicitations will be available on or about July 23, 2001. Requests for this Request for Quotation shall be sent to: Federal Medical Center Carswell, P.O. Box 27066, Fort Worth, Texas, 76127, Attn: Michael Miller, Supervisory Contract Specialist. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency. See Note 1.
