- Description
- Furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials to construct ten pits and one livestock reservoir in Carter County Montana. The contractor will furnish an estimated quantity of 40,226 cubic yards of Common Excavation and 5,790 cubic yards of Embankment-Semi Compacted. Contractor will have 62 days to complete the project after the Notice to Proceed is issued. Awards over $25,000 will require Payment Protection in the form of an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit or Payment Bond. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. See Note 1.
