Description

Red Rock Job Corps Center is soliciting on full and open bidding for qualified contractors to provide a turn-key operation for this project. 1. The work to be performed involves construction of a pre-engineered metal building with 7200 square feet. 2. Work includes site grading, sewer, water, electrical and fuel services to the building, concrete footing/foundation/slab, interior partitions and finishes, lighting and plumbing. 3. A MANDATORY WALK THROUGH for the project will be held on MONDAY,JUNE 18, 2001 at 1 PM. 4. Construction bid package, specifications and drawings will be provided at the walk through only. 5. Estimated price between $250,000 and $500,000. NOTE: CHANGE OF WALK THROUGH DATE TO MONDAY,JUNE 18, 2001 AT 1 PM.
