Description

Contractor shall completely prepare site for building opeations, including demolition and removal of existing structures and furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary to renovate Building 30 second floor for projects 538-00-101 and 102, Renovate Ward CD and Remodel Nurse's Station, at VA Medical Center Chillicothe, Ohio as required by the drawings and specifications. Work to be completed within 300 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Award of the project is subject to availability of funds. A $25.00 non-refundable charge is required for the drawings and specifications. All requests for plans and specifications must be in writing with a check or money order (made out to the VA Medical Center). Plans and specifications will be available o/a 6/21/01. Estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 NOTICE-As the construction site area is an occupied patient area, the pre-bid conference and site visit will be the only time this area can be inspected. No individual site visits will be authorized. This Pre-bid Conference and site visit will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. local time in Building 28, Room 213, VA Medical Center Chillicothe, Ohio.
