Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and = supervision required to demolish the boathouse at U. S. Coast Guard = Station, East Tawas, MI. Major work items include: Perform testing to = determine the presence of lead based paints; Remove existing electric = utility and terminate in manner conforming to the nationally recognized = code covering the specific utility; and, Demolish and remove boathouse = structure and walkway, including pile foundations. Unit items to = dispose of debris if the material is or is not found to contain lead = based paints or any other contaminants. This procurement is estimated = between $100K and $250K. This procurement is open to large and small = businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive = Demonstration Program.
