- CORRECTION: This is an amendment to the previous synopsis dated 9 March 2001. This synopsis was inadvertently submitted as a competitive requirement; however it is a sole source requirement to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage: 78286. Also, the CLASSCOD should read 15 not 16. Notes 22 and 26 apply. All other information publicized in the original synopsis is correct.
