Description

DESC: PR FPE00350000624, NSN 5910-01-110-9067. Approved source: Unison Industries Inc. (59501) P/N 10-383036. Set-aside type: Unrestricted. Other than full and open competition, part numbered item. The Government does not have sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase part from other than the current source. No releaseable data suficient for manufacutring purposes. The Any alternate source would be required to provide a complete data package including data for the approved and for their alternate part for evaluation. , send in with proposals. A 12-month indefinite quantity contract with 1 12-month option is anaticipated. See clauses I-09, I-15f, I33a and I-34. Various qty's are being clolited from 10 each to 125 each. The minimum quantity of contract will be 100 each with a maximum qantity of coantract of 325 each. The minimum delivery order quantity will be 10 each with a maximum delivery order quantity of 125 each. Delivery requested is 180 days ADO. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors.
