Description

The Minerals Management Service, Herndon, VA intends to make a fixed price, sole source award to Osborne Computer Services, Inc. (Oz) to provide continued computer support to the changing composition of AFSAA's computer resource division. Military personnel temporarily remaining in place and Ox Inc. employees will be utilized to provide stability during the changing mission objectives at AFSAA. This non-competitive action is being issued by Gov.Works under the authority of the Department of the Interior Franchise Fund on behalf of the Air Force Studies and Analyses Agency.
