Description

DSCP proposes to reinstate expired Indefinite Delivery Type Contract No. SP0500-00-D-0035 which covered the acquisition of 49 Grimes Aerospace Company parts from FSCs 6210,6220,6230 & 6250 with a total yearly estimated quantity of all parts of 4,941. This contract was issued as a sole-source acquisition after synopsis because the Government does not have sufficient technical data to allow for full and open competition and market research showed that only one contractor could supply these items. Only one offer was received in response to the solicitation. Absent any response to this notice, DSCP will proceed with this action after 22 June 2001.
