RFQ is for the purchase of 1,161 yards of item 0001 Cloth, Duck, Nylon, CG 483 both sides 45" width Type III, Class 3 Color chip #34094, NSN: 8305-00-926-6870. Item 0002 is for the purchase of 1,798 yards of Cloth, Duck, Nylon, CG483, both sides 52" width Type II, Class 3, Color chip #34094 NSN: 8305-00-261-8515. Item 0003 is for the purchase of 582 yards of Cloth, Duck, Nylon, Spanish Yellow 70068 (both sides), 52" width, Type II, Class 3 NSN: 8305-00-515-5513. Item 0004 is for the purchase of 11,530 yards of Cloth, Duck, Nylon, Sage Green 1535 (both sides) 56" width; Type III Class 3, Roll No. 1 NSN: 8305-01-173-4436. Applicable specification is MIL-C-7219F. Recent changes to testing requirements will noted in the RFQ. Two deliveries to Albany, Georgia, commencing 150 days after the date of award, are required. This RFQ is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Estimated closing date of RFQ will be 28 June 2001. Prior procurement history is as follows: Item 0001 Award dated 27 Jan 1986, to Coated Sales, Inc., for a quantity of 54,000 yards @ $2.49500 yd. Item 0002 Award dated 27 July 1999 to HLC Industries, for a quantity of 13,445 yards @ $11.05. Item 0003 Award dated 20 July 1984, to H. Landau & Co., for a quantity of 15,000 yards @ $3.999 yd. Item 0004 Award dated 27 June 1999, to HLC Industries, for a quantity of 46,347 yards @ $3.368. Numbered Notes 1, 9, and 26 apply.
