Description

This is a presolicitation for commercial services. In accordance = with FAR 19.10 and 19.1005 this procurement is unrestricted competition = with an annual income of 11.5 million. The solicitation document will = be available on the following website: www.eps.gov approximately 12 = June. The requested solicitation document will incorporate provisions = and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular = 97-23. NAICS 235950. Non Personal Service to provide the following: = Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, equipment, and = supervision necessary for the replacement of elevator ropes and = governors on elevators 7, 8, 9 and 10 to include computer setting up = and reprogramming at Building 4550, Wilford Hall Medical Center, = Lackland AFB, TX, in accordance with the statement of work. A site = visit will be included in the solicitation. Contractor must quote FOB: = Destination for Lackland AFB, TX. All interested parties must be = registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed = in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009.
