Description

The Single Family Real Estate Owned Division of the HUD = Philadelphia Homeownership Center is seeking the services of a closing = agent to conduct settlements on HUD-owned properties located in = Philadelphia, PA. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% = set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for Closing = Agents is 541191 -- Title Abstract and Settlement Office. The = contractor must maintain facilities which provide reasonable convenient = service to HUD and its clients in the area to be served. The contract = shall be for a one year period with a possible extension of two = additional one year periods. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be = available on or about June 21, 2001.
