Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals from individuals or small business organizations, under FAR Part 13 -- SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES, with the capability to provide graphic design and layout of an enrollment package folder with its components and faith initiative brochure. The enrollment package consists of a two folder with approximately six fact sheet type inserts. The Government will provide the Faith Partnership Initiative brochure. It is anticipated that a four-month purchase order will be awarded. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 22, 2001, with a closing date on or about July 6, 2001. All requests for this solicitation must in writing and cite RFQ-01-BPHC-053(frm).
