Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Bell County Jail, 111 West Central, Belton, Texas 76513 for the housing of military prisoners from Fort Hood, Texas. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government intends to conduct this procurement as a commercial service acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 15. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this acquisition is 922140. The small business size standard is $5 million.
