Description

McConnell AFB KS has a need for a contractor to provide all management, labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and other items and services necessary to provide officials, scorers, and timers for the Base Sports Program in support of intramural, varsity, and youth sports. Sports to be officiated are flag football, basketball (intramural and over 30 leagues), soccer, slow pitch softball (men?s, women?s, and coed), volleyball and youth baseball. All services will be performed at McConnell AFB KS. This service will be for a base year period plus three one-year option periods. This solicitation is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized and award criteria will be based equally on price and past performance. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The primary Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7991. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 713940. The solicitation package will be available on or around 1 July 2001, via the government Electronic Posting System at www.eps.gov. It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the current solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. Anticipated award date is on or about 20 August 2001.
