Description

The Administration for Children, Youth and Families, = Administration on Children, Children's Bureau, through the Program = Support Center, Administrative Operations Service, Division of = Acquisition Management, Department of Health and Human Services, is = seeking qualified sources to conduct a national evaluation of a pilot = program effort funded in FY 2001: Quality Improvement Centers (QIC) in = Adoption and Quality Improvement Centers in Child Abuse and Neglect. = The Contractor shall conduct both a process and outcome evaluation of = the QICs, and produce cross-site findings and evaluative = recommendations supported by individual site data and some mini-grantee = outcome data. The proposed procurement is full and open. It is = anticipated that a Cost Plus Fixed-Fee Contract will be awarded with a = base and four (4) option years. Solicitation 233-01-0020 will be = available on or about June 28, 2001, with a tentative closing date of = July 23, 2001.
