Description

The 15 Contracting Squadron, on behalf of the Headquarters = Communication Squadron, Hickam AFB HI, intends to award a Firm Fixed = Price (FFP) contract to Concord Educational Services for the purpose of = providing "e-Health" software training of their proprietary software on = Hickam AFB HI. The training includes instructors, training material, = and contractor's personal supplies and equipment. In accorcance with = regulatory procedures found within Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) = Part 12.205(c) and Part 5.301(b)(7)(ii), interested parties submitting = clear and convincing data substantiating their capabilities to satisfy = this requirement have 3 days from the date of the publication to submit = their qualifications/capabilities. Such qualification to and = capabilities will be used soley for the purpose of determining whether = or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition. = Determination to compete this proposed acquistion on a full and open = competiion basis, based upon responses to this synopsis is soley within = the discrestion of the 15 Contracting Squadron, Hickam AFB HI. Submit = all responses to this synopsis to the attention of Jim Mastin, Contract = Specialist, 15 CONS, Hickam AFB HI.
