Description

The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, testing and supervision required in performing all operations in conjunction with Project #98959 in strict accordance with the specifications and contract drawing #3-1297. Referenced drawing indicates locations of all doors and wall covering to be installed or replaced at Building 20 Operations Center, located at the Defense Supply Center, Columbus, 3990 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213. Contractors submitting offers shall have not less than a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in having satisfactorily performed work of the types required by this project. The mandatory period of performance to complete all work associated with this project is 150 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is unrestricted. The estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. See Note 26.
