Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Federal Correctional Institution Fairton, located in Fairton, New Jersey, has a requirement for Water Media Repair/Replacement services. The Government intends to make a single award for this project. The Contractor is to remove and replace ion exchange resin in two vessels located at the FCI Fairton Water Treatment Plant. Contractors will remove spent resin, replace spent resin, and transport used resin to a licensed and permitted TSD facility capable of handling this material for disposal. The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment and material necessary for replacement, removal, and ion resin. The performance period will be approximately 30 days. The project is unrestricted and open to all business types and sizes eligible to receive award. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A security investigation/clearance is required. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer that will be considered for award.
