Description

Modification to Synopsis Remove the following sentence The offeror must be licensed as required by the State of Delaware for the purpose of removal of, encapsulation, enclosure, demolition and maintenance of structure covered by or composed of asbestos-containing materials. Remove the following sentence Offerors without written proof of Delaware State license for asbestos and Delaware certification for lead based paint removal at the time of initial offer, will not be considered for award. Insert the following sentence Offerors without written proof of Delaware State certification for lead based paint removal at the time of initial offer, will not be considered for award.
