NAICS Code 233320. Work includes, but is not limited to: removal = of light fixtures, demolition of concrete and plaster board walls, = plaster ceilings, ceiling tile and grid system, carpet and wall base; = construct new drywall partitions, install door frames and doors, = construct service counter, provide and install mail box section, = construct shelving, install Government-furnished kitchen, provide and = install new ceiling grid and tiles, install Government-furnished = carpet, provide and install wall base, paint walls, stain and finish = wood work, install light fixtures. All work will be performed at the = Federal Building/Courthouse, Rapid City, South Dakota. Security = clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed = within 75 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range = is between $25,000 and $100,000.
