- Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to award a single source contract (IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source) to Special Aerospace Security Services, Inc. 14325 Willard Road, Suite 202B, Chantilly, VA 20151 to provide assistance in developing a strategic plan for security education, training and professional development.
