Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Southeast Regional Office is seeking quotes from contractors that can provide solid waste disposal services at the Federal Detention Center (FDC)located at 33 NE 4th Street, Miami, Florida 33132. This service will require provision of the following: Base Year to begin October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 and four subsequent one year options. The contract calls for rental and disposal services for one (1) 34 cubic yard self-contained compactor with integral cart dumper and hopper and one (1) six cubic yard, hinged lid, low top with end load model. Frequency of pulls will be twice a week for the compactor and on as needed basis (at least twice per month) service for the six cubic yard container. Frequency of pulls will remain the same in the subsequent option years. The NAICS code for this service is 562111 with small business size standard of $10 million. All responsible sources may submit a quote. The estimated issue date of RFQ 31005-0040-1 will be June 15, 2001 with a due date for receipt of quotes on July 15, 2001, 2:00 pm EST.
