Description

THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR SERVICES WHICH WILL BE AWARDED AS A "BEST VALUE" TO THE GOVERNMENT. The Corps of Engineers is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Harry S. Truman Dam and Reservoir, including campground areas, day use areas, other recreational facilities, roads, grounds, and wildlife management areas. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure services needed to maintain, repair, replace, and/or construct amenities and facilties associated with project operations. Evaluation factors to be evaluated in determining the BEST VALUE to the Government will be included in the solicitation. Following is a tentative list of possible evaluation factors, which may change. The period of performance is July 1, 2001 through September 30, 2001, plus (4) four option years, if exercised.
