Description

The USDA FOREST SERVICE to award a design-built contract for HVAC Renovation and Replacement at our Princeton, WV location 241 Mercer Springs Rd. Princeton, WV 24740. This project includes replacing major components of the existing HVAC system which includes: demolition of existing air handlers and condensing units (7000-9000 cfm/20-25 ton) and replacing with package rooftop units (gas heat/elec cooling) with VAV application; and replacing 20 ton rooftop condensing unit. SIC 1711. The RFP is anticipated to be issued June 29, 2001. Estimate price range is betweem $100,000 -- $250,000. Requests for solicitations MUST be in writing by mail or fax. Fax # 610-557-4224.
