Description

Services of roofing contractor to furnish all tools, labor, materials and expertise to complete Project 596-00-103, "Replace Roofs, CDD", at VA Medical Center, Cooper Drive Division, Lexington, KY, in accordance with drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, roofing demolition and reroofing, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, necessary removal of existing structures, etc. Estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. With reference to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis and is subject to availability of funds. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) No. 235610 with a size standard of $11.5 million applies to this procurement.
