Description

Furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment and supervision as necessary to perform all work required for laboratory renovations, Buildings 1301, Phase 4, Fort Detrick, MD. Work requires the renovation of research laboratory area, which includes the removal, and replacement of lab tables, cabinets and other lab furniture, fume hoods, drop ceiling, light fixtures and associated wiring. Solicitation DAMD17-01-B-0005 will be issued on or about 29 June 2001 and open on or about 31 July 2001. NOTE: All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, that all Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, new contract awards can only be made to contractors who are registered in the CCR. Because only forty (40) solicitation packages are available, requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is an unrestricted procurement (subject to PL 100-656, open to both small and large businesses and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program). The Standard Industrial Classified (SIC) Code for this procurement is 1542/ the North American Industry Classification System Code is 23332 with the size standard is $27.5 Million in average annual receipts. Period of performance under any resultant contract award will be 180 calendar days. Any resulting award will be a firm-fixed price contract.
